BXM Improves High Power LED Wall Washers

BXM unveiled the updated and improved high power led wall washer. The company engineered the wall washers to fulfill specification requirements for a small profile, high output, and better distribution wall wash fixtures.

“This HP LED luminaire is optically perfected for high-level wall washing in retail, hospitality and commercial and settings,” said BXM CEO and president Chuck Campagna.

The Murro HP LED is a track-mounted fixture that washes the wall with an intensity of up to 4,200 lumens with an efficacy of 92 lumens per watt. The luminaire employs crisp white high power LEDs. Amerlux designed the luminaire for optimal thermal and optical performance.

“Upgraded with Next Generation LED technology, Murro High Power LED is a top performer with a 2-to-1 fixture/wall spacing ratio that generates more light on the wall with fewer fixtures,” said Campagna. “This diminutive LED wall wash Light delivers significant lighting coverage and robust illumination that is more efficient dims better and adheres to a clean aesthetic.”

Murro HP LED offers a custom-configured, textured reflector and specially designed lens that can deliver even, intense washes of light. The luminaire consumes 47 watts while operating on 120-277 volt systems. It features a lockable vertical 0 to 90-degree tilt and 360-degree rotation, for precise aiming. Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) and Triac dimming come standard to meet energy code requirements.

The fixture is available in 2700K, 3000K and 3500K. The 3000K and 3500K can come with a very high CRI of 97, and the 2700K, 3000K, and 3500K can also have an 83 CRI. Murro HP LED fixtures can be mounted with track, canopy, c-clamp and busway.

Finishes of White Texture, Black Texture, and Silver Texture are standard, but custom color options include over 200 durable powder coat painted finishes, and an optional visor is available for light shielding.

1.Trading companies have their own purchasing channels, which allow them to keep earning money by selling products with super low-price. Some trading companies in Dongguan and Shenzhen were the good example of this situation previously. At present, Floor Tile in sales are flooding in the local market, and it leads the cheap Polished Tile are more easy to get. But Foshan tiles sourced by this way are usually from many kinds of Floor Tile with limited volume, and part of the products might exist some quality problems. 

 

  1. For destocking, some Polished Tile work with trading companies to gain bigger space of growth by selling products with almost non-profit price. This operation is usually a “once-for-all” deal and it won’t last long.

 

  1. It’s using low price to attract and make long term cooperation with foreign buyers. In the stagnant market, it’s the method that explores its own foreign channel.

 

  1. Some traders like churning and selling Polished Tile with low price for the particular purpose.

 

It was no doubt that those companies and the low price tile could attract publicity in a short time and became “famous” in wechat moment by using “super low price” stunt. However, it’s not the right way for long term benefit and also their future growth. In China, ceramics sector is eliminating backward production capacity and optimizing the industrial structure. During this period, if some blinders only strive for short term profit, they will die satisfied with their own short-live development. So far, in order to reach long term success, Chinese companies shall realize that they need to pay more efforts on quality control of production, design, service in export sales and so on.

 

It is worth mentioning that, from recent layouts of Canton Fair in these 2-3 years, the number of standard booths is decreasing from 3 rows in 2015 to 2 rows in the Spring 2016. It seems that the fair organizer tends to expand the scale of the booths with customized decoration and eliminate the standard booths.
